Access is for Professional Clients and opens after classification, KYC and a Compliance sign-off. The investor portal lives at u-am.ae.

Complaints

We take complaints seriously and handle them fairly and promptly. Email [email protected] with your name, contact details and a description of the issue. We acknowledge in writing within five business days and aim to provide a final written response within 40 calendar days. If we cannot complete the review in that time, we explain why and give an updated timetable.

You may also raise a complaint with the Dubai Financial Services Authority, which considers complaints in writing only, via the DFSA online complaints form, by writing to the DFSA at Level 13, The Gate, PO Box 75850, Dubai, or by fax to +971 4 362 0801. A copy of our complaints process is available free of charge on request.
